Dear Guest, Your trip is coming up soon. Have you taken the time to review our House Rules? Please remember that when you booked, you accepted them. 1. No Parties at any times and No loud noises after 8pm on weekdays and after 10pm on weekends. 2. Smoking is NOT allowed. 3. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 4. All the units are privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. 5. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. 6. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 8. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 9. Before you leave: turn off all lights and air conditioners in the property. 10. Upon leaving, you must leave the keys in the lockbox where the keys were when you arrived. 11. Place all of you trash inside bags, organized and in the trash bins outside the unit. There should not be any trash inside the house when the cleaning team arrives. Also, please do not leave any dirty dishes. 12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. 13. The Guest shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property homeowners. 14. The Guest shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. 15. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this reservation and Guest shall then immediately vacate the premises. 16. Corridors' noise should be kept to a minimum. 17. Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that this reservation is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Guests do not intend to make the property a residence or household. 18. We occasionally experience outages of internet, electricity and/or water that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. 19. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions. 20. There shall be no refunds of rent because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments. 21. Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws. 22. Guest agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 23. Guest shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. 24. The property has fire alarms installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of rental. Tenant will notify management without delay if a fire alarm “chirps” or has a low battery condition. Fire extinguisher is provided and located under the kitchen sink. These are up to date on their certifications required by law. 25. Guest is advised that there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property and accepts the risk involved in not having one. 26. Guest shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, etc. when it’s prudent to do so. 27. Valuable items left behind by guest will be held for the guest and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the guest for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 1 month they shall become the property of the homeowner. The homeowner shall not be held liable for condition of said items. 28. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regards to internet service.
